I was really worried Gavin was going to decide to be born last Saturday while I was shooting this, so I had some awesome backup come with me.
I brought along our super-intern and second shooter Jon Ervin and the amazing Todd Scott Ballje from Beautiful Day Images to back me up incase I had to rush to the hospital to meet my son. Turns out that Saturday was one of the only days Katie didn't have contractions! Oh well, better safe than sorry...
Thanks to Todd and Jon for the amazing images it's going to make this album hard to beat. I'm still sorting though about 4500 images between all 3 of us!
There are so many great moments from this wedding, make sure you check out the slideshow at the end. It's about 70 degrees out so I'll be out on the deck for the next few hours if anyone needs me. I suggest you go outside and enjoy this weather!!!

I borrowed Todd's 105 macro for this shot, now I have some major glass envy. That one is on the wish list!
We like to bring my 23" Apply display to run a slideshow of the shots we've done earlier in the day, it's always a hit.

Awesome shots, man! It looked like everybody had a really great time. I'm really digging your detail shots of the rings and the cake. The reception pics are awesome too, very cinematic! Did you have strobes set up, or is that existing light (might I ask)?
