for the kiddies...

Wednesday, June 4, 2008

Well tomorrow Katie, Hope and I are packing up the station wagon (and by station wagon I mean my hatchback) and headed on an adventure! I have the honor and privilege of teaching some photography classes for the kiddos at Camp Independence. It's actually a week long camp for kids and families of children with Hemophilia or other bleeding disorders. My good buddy Nathan volunteers his time every year, along with the Oklahoma Hemophilia Foundation, to put on awesome experience for all the kids who have had a completely different childhood than most of their friends. If you want to learn more about the camp you can check it out here. It should be a pretty awesome time! To all my super duper clients... I'll be there until Friday evening and I may not have service. If you have questions please shoot me an email and I'll do my best to get back to you ASAP. As soon as I get back I'm headed back out of town to shoot Michael & Kinzie's wedding! Good times!!!
...and since this is a "photoblog" I couldn't leave you without a picture. This is one of my favorite shots I've ever taken of Hope from about a year ago. She's such a hoot! It kinda reminds me of a cough medicine commercial...

grace and peace,
